Our regular rotation sound blocks take up most of the daytime broadcast hours and generally involve a specific musical genre (or mix of genres). These shows can be hosted by any WREK staff member and vary from day to day.

Weeknights 1:30 AM – 6 AM

A 4.5-hour deconstruction of music and sound. During Overnight Alternatives we play anything and everything, but with an emphasis on the experimental: noise, avant-garde jazz, free improvisation, industrial, power electronics… In other words, the most extreme music on the radio.

Weekdays 6 AM – 9 AM
